RETURN POLICY

US & Australia- Customers:

All unaltered and unworn items may be returned within 14 days of purchase. 
If the bottoms of the shoes are scuffed or the (one) sticker is removed the item will not be accepted for return or exchange. 
If you choose to return an item for a refund, a $9.99 USD restocking fee will be withheld from your original payment.

If you wish to return an item please:

1) Email returns.exchanges@storifootwear.com with a your order number as well as reason for return.
2)We will provide you with a return label via email.

Rest of World - Customers: 

**If you are not in the US - you will have to pay for your own return shipping but we will send the replacement for free.

EXCHANGE POLICY

US & Australia - Customers:

We offer one free exchange (2nd costs $15) for any unaltered or unworn item within 14 days of original purchase date. If the bottoms of the shoes are scuffed or the (one) sticker is removed the item will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

If you wish to exchange an item please:

1)Email returns.exchanges@storifootwear.com with : your order number, reason for exchange and what item you would like to exchange for.
2)We will get back to you with a prepaid return label.
3)Once we receive your exchanged item we will send out your requested exchanged item. (Alternatively – if you email back once your item is shipped we will ship out your exchanged item straight away to speed things up)

Rest of world - Customers:
