The Huarache sandal is pre-Hispanic in origin and has since become a popular shoe in many countries. Each pair is equipped with a padded leather insole to cushion your feet on even the longest days. The natural tanned leather is breathable and keeps your feet cool on those sweltering days and form to your feet over time.

FIT:
As any long-lasting relationship, you and your huaraches will need some time to get to know each other. These shoes will get more comfortable with time and create a custom mold around your feet!
CARE:
As with any pair of leather shoes, in order to make sure your sandals last, we recommend using a leather protector.
We know you won't want to part with your Huarache sandals, but if you are going to get wet, keep them on dry land.

Love these! Sized down, which made them too tight - put socks on a wore them around the house for a day which did the trick! Only lost one star bc they’re SUPER slippery/slick on the bottoms. Had to scratch them up to avoid an accident!
Love these little cuties. They only took a few times to break in to not feel too snug. I'm hoping they don't get too loose, but will love them all the same.

I love these shoes. They are lovely. The only reason I’m leaving 3 stars is that the sizing is a bit tricky. I’m typically between an 8 and 8.5 (usually closer to an 8). The website says if you’re between sizes to go for the smaller size, which I did. But sadly they really squeeze my feet. The website also mentions the shoes stretch a fair amount, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and have been wearing them but there hasn’t been any give. I wish I could exchange for the next size up since they really are lovely. I guess I’ll take them to a shoe repair shop and see if they can help 😩.
I absolutely love the look of these sandals and was so excited to finally get a pair. I ordered a size 9, which is my true size and what was recommended based on the measurements. When they first arrived, they fit perfectly. I wore them around the house to make sure they felt comfortable before wearing them out, and everything seemed great. However, after wearing them more regularly, they stretched out very quickly. The leather became much looser than expected, especially in the heel area. I tried to make them work by adding heel inserts so I could continue wearing them, but they kept getting looser over time. At this point I have multiple heel inserts in them, and they are still too big. You can actually see the inserts now, which unfortunately looks a bit silly. It’s really disappointing because these sandals are beautiful , and I was hoping they would last much longer. Unfortunately, they became unusable after a relatively short amount of wear. I still love the style, but I wish the sizing or stretch factor had been clearer before purchasing. I would try a smaller size but they are pricey enough that I don't know if it is worth the risk.

Nice quality beautuful shoes but the sizing is off still. They were too big and even after the supposed adjustment, i should have still sized down. Now I need to exchange and I’m really bummed about it.

I am sorry you were having trouble with the sizing. Did you figure this out? We do offer free excahnged incase you dont get the right size on purpose. Having said that, I know its frustrating having to do an exchange. Let us know if you need anything.

These shoes are so so pretty and comfortable BUT… they are squeaky when you walk. Fart shoes are a hard no.

These are beautifuly made and slippery to walk on wood flooring so be careful.
These are so cute! They’ve changed their sizing so it’s completely true to size now. Wore these (standing) all day the first day and was totally fine. No break in time needed! I can’t believe how comfy and soft the leather is. I’m very happy and will definitely order again!
These are my favorite flats of all time! Supportive and super comfy. Bonus is they go with EVERYTHING!
Absolutely love these! I have very wide feet and still ordered a size down. Because the leather is very soft, they still fit fine and formed to my feet after a few wears.

I returned them for a full size smaller. Waiting on my new arrivals but they are pretty and well made. Do listen to the advice about ordering at least a 1/2 sizes smaller. Customer service has been very helpful.
